Mike Ello has been a Registered Piano Technician for over 35 years. He started his family-operated piano service business, Ello Piano Service, and has professionally tuned and repaired pianos since 1981. In 2019 he published his reference book, Master Guide to Piano Finish Touch Up. Since then, Mike has become a recognized expert in finish touch-up repair, teaching two-day hands-on classes twice a year and speaking regularly at regional and international Piano Technicians Guild conventions. He recently founded Crescendo Learning to bring his in-person and online piano training to technicians everywhere, with his touch-up class as the flagship course.

Polyester & Lacquer Finish Touch Up Academy
Come spend two full days learning the secrets of how to perform professional repair and touch-up to damaged polyester or lacquer-finished pianos. Day One focuses on polyester-finished pianos and Day Two covers lacquer-finished pianos. Upon completion of the course, this specialized skill will offer the potential for more income in your business.
